Golf Clinics - a structured pathway to membership
Ready to Take Your Golf Game to the Next Level?
You have decided it is time to get serious about golf. Maybe you already enjoy a casual round with friends, used to play before life got in the way, or have a background in other sports and know you have got the potential. You can hit the ball - sometimes pretty well - but consistency and accuracy still need work.
You are ready to commit, practice and improve. But where do you begin? You don’t have a handicap, your grasp of the rules is shaky and you don’t know anyone at a club. Relax - we have got you covered.
Join our Women's Golf Clinic, run on Wednesday mornings over 38 weeks from February to November, and we will guide you from casual player to confident golfer.

Clinic Outcomes
Roseville, which already has a healthy women’s membership, has approached the introduction to golf wisely for anyone interested in learning to play golf properly and wanting to be taught in a structured and professional environment. The program of weekly lessons is spread over a nine month period and is offered at a substantial discount to normal fees.
Participants will graduate with well developed skills, that will equip them to play golf on any standard of course, anywhere. They will also receive detailed education and knowledge of the etiquette, rules and technical aspects of the game and become familiar with all the golf terms and the golf course.
The Clinic includes an active involvement between Roseville’s PGA Professionals and experienced female club members who provide teaching, education, knowledge, support and that level of comfort that 'you do not have to get it right straight away'. Players are mentored on course for the duration of the clinic which is held in a relaxed and fun environment and supports and nurtures new friendships and social interfaces.
Finally, all graduates who join the Club will receive membership of Golf Australia with an approved GolfLink handicap. This is your passport to playing golf with your family and friends anywhere in Australia.

A message from one of our 2025 Clinic graduates
'How do you articulate in a few lines just how amazing the Roseville Golf Club clinic for 2025 was.
We came together as a group of women not knowing each other at the start of the clinic and have now built genuine friendships and learned to play and understand the game of golf along the way.
The 2025 Roseville clinic gave not only myself, but all the ladies who joined the program, the opportunity to take their own personal journey to learn the game of golf through group lessons delivered by the teaching professionals from the club, plus real life sharing of rules and experience from the female Roseville members who unselfishly took the time to run the nine month program.
Upon the completion of the clinic, I made the decision to join the club. The members who I have met so far have been so welcoming and encouraging, as I take the next step in my golfing journey.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in the 2025 clinic and to the amazing ladies I have met this year. May we continue to play golf and enjoy the relationships we built through the clinic and are slowly building throughout the Roseville golf community.'
Karen Hessell - Class of 2025.
