Hole #1
An elevated tee shot with out of bounds to your left. A well bunkered large green with a hump in the back right section which can make it hard to find the flag.
The turf quality at Roseville with our new water storage dam is now second to none, just look at how perfect the 1st fairway presents.
Hole #2
A spectacular hole with an elevated tee shot to the green located below. Be careful long and left as the water hazard is in play. The green is fairly level and has one bunker located on the front left hand side.
Hole #3
The hardest hole on the course (for men) runs slightly uphill. A water hazard to the left of the three tiered green makes getting close to the flag a real challenge.
The creek which turns just in front of the 3rd tee is where the Club is able to collect stormwater (which would otherwise flow into middle harbour) which is then pumped into the water storage dam located in the 12th hole.
Hole #4
A slightly downhill tee shot to one of our newer greens. Well bunkered on the right hand side.
Hole #5
The 5th is RGC's signature hole. A downhill tee shot must clear Moore's creek. The view is simply spectacular.
Hole #6
A tight tee shot leading to a generous fairway. The longer hitters can take on the fairway bunkers. The green is elevated with two tiers.
Hole #7
A chance for the big hitters to cut the corner of this dogleg par 4 (par 5 for ladies). The elevated green slopes from right to left and can be quite fast if the flag is on the right hand side of the green.
Hole #8
A level tee shot to an undulating green. One bunker located on the left and two bunkers on the right hand side of the green.
Hole #9
An uphill tee shot to a large three tired green with one bunker located on the right hand side of the green.
Hole #10
Watch where the flag is located from the tee of this short par 4 and try to give yourself the best side to attack the flag. Overhanging trees on the left hand side can impede an approach and the green is heavily bunkered both left and right.
Hole #11
Par 4 dogleg right with bunkering on the right hand side of the fairway all the way to a generous green. There is another bunker to the left of the green.
Hole #12
This is the newest hole on the course. A par 3 where the tee shot must carry our new 26 million litre water storage dam to an elevated and well bunkered green.
Hole #13
Our longest par 4 on the course stretching to 418 metres. The hole has a dogleg right at mid length where accuracy is needed to set up the second shot. Big hitters can try to cut the corner however if it is too far left the ball will be lost.
Hole #14
Our shortest par 3 however well bunkered with an undulating green makes a great challenging hole.
Hole #15
A straight par 3 with bunkers on each side of the large deceptive green.
Hole #16
A dog leg left par 4 with a well bunkered green. there are also well positioned fairway bunkers to watch out for.
Hole #17
Slightly uphill tee shot to an elevated green, bunkered on both sides. Watch out for strategically placed left and right fairway bunkers.
Hole #18
Level hole with an array of fairway bunkers to consider off the tee or fairway. The large green is tucked around to the right of the club house and is guarded by bunkers to the left, right and behind. A spectacular closing hole.
